Returns & Exchanges

At Collegium, we strive for perfection in every pair; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Collegium shoebox and place them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
